Job Title: Investor Relations / Marketing Operations / Client Service Associate Location: Austin, TX Company: Sun Theory LLC Overview: Sun Theory LLC is seeking an Associate to join our Investor Relations team. This role involves marketing, fundraising support, onboarding, and client service across the Sun Theory platform. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Operations & Fundraising Support: Create and update marketing materials (pitch books, presentations). Coordinate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs). Maintain company datarooms during fundraising and non-deal periods. Populate consultant and product databases. Client Service: Develop and track customized reporting for GP, LP, and prospective investors. Coordinate materials for client reviews. Act as a liaison between investors, senior leadership, and portfolio companies. Complete investor-initiated diligence questionnaires. Additional Duties: Assist with strategic initiatives and projects. Manage ongoing diligence requests from partners and senior leadership. Coordinate investor and prospective investor calls with senior leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of capital markets and/or alternative investments. Strong critical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to multitask while maintaining quality. Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Compensation: Salary range: $135,000 - $150,000.
