Investor Relations / Marketing Operations / Client Service Associate Crescent Capital Group is seeking an Associate to join the Investor Relations team in its Los Angeles office. The Investor Relations team is responsible for marketing and communications, fundraising support, onboarding, and client service across Crescent’s platform. A qualified candidate should have the ability to adapt and learn quickly within a fast-paced environment and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, the candidate should be self-motivated, eager to drive results, organized, and detail-oriented. Professionalism and confidentiality are crucial to this role, as are critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-task. This is a unique opportunity for a highly driven individual to join an established and growing team and serve as a trusted point of contact for current and prospective clients, consultants, and teams internally. Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Marketing Operations and Fundraising Support
Create and update marketing materials (e.g. pitch books, tear sheets) and other customized presentations Coordinate Requests for Proposals (“RFPs”), due diligence questionnaires (“DDQs”), and other requests for information Maintain fund datarooms throughout fundraising periods Populate consultant and other databases with firm and product information Client Service:
Create, distribute, and track customized reporting (e.g. custodian reporting, SMA deliverables) Coordinate materials for client reviews Serve as a liaison between investors, back office administrators, and internal departments to provide best in class service to our investor base Process investor-initiated transactions (e.g. subscriptions, redemptions, transfers of interest) Other:
Assist with strategic initiatives and projects Manage ongoing diligence requests received from our fund administrators and other partners Qualifications and Requirements:
3-5 years’ experience Knowledge of capital markets (e.g. high yield bonds, broadly syndicated loans) and/or alternative investments Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task without sacrificing quality Highly collaborative with exceptional communication skills Very strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word As an equal opportunity employer, Crescent Capital Group is fully focused on equality and committed to fostering a culture where individuals are respected and supported in a highly collaborative environment.
