About the Job This role will focus on managing all aspects of digital advertising, including media buying, native ads, and paid influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital ad platforms, an ability to identify strategic opportunities, and the skills to execute and optimize campaigns that drive high-quality leads and brand awareness. What You’ll Do · Digital Media Buying: Develop and execute digital media buying strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels to maximize ROI. · Paid Influencer Management: Identify and collaborate with influencers across digital platforms to create sponsored content that aligns with MedPro’s marketing goals. Manage relationships with influencers, negotiate contracts, and monitor campaign performance. · Collaborative Campaign Strategy and Execution: Work closely with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital ad strategies tailored to specific target audiences and campaign objectives. Support in executing campaigns and adjusting tactics based on performance data. · Collaborative Performance Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate with the analytics team to monitor and analyze campaign performance data to measure success and identify opportunities for optimization. Prepare and share regular reports with insights for the marketing team and leadership. · A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve performance and conversion rates continuously. · Collaborative Budget Management: Follow established guidelines and work closely with the finance and marketing teams to manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum return on investment. · Collaboration with Creative Team: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, including graphics, video content, and ad copy, tailored to each platform's best practices. · Stay Current on Industry Trends: Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Provide recommendations for new advertising opportunities and technologies. Required Qualifications · Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field. · Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital paid media management, including media buying, native ads, and influencer marketing. · Experience in the healthcare staffing or recruitment industry. · Native Ads management experience. · Familiarity with programmatic advertising and retargeting strategies. · Experience handling special categories, particularly employment ads, is a plus. · Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital advertising certifications is a plus. What We’re Looking For · Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and native ad platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain). · Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance. · Influencer Marketing Expertise: Experience in managing paid influencer campaigns, including identifying influencers, negotiating contracts, and evaluating performance. · Creative Collaboration: Ability to work closely with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives that resonate with target audiences. · Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines. · Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders. · Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing campaigns and reporting. · Agility: Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and campaign requirements.
