NuWest Travel Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Omaha, Nebraska. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVICU Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/09/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel CVICU is a 18 bed unit that supports three surgical lines, cardiac, thoracic, and vascular at the ICU level. Open heart, complex thoracic and vascular patients recover on the unit with our specialized trained nurses. Patients are stabilized and supported by impella, IBP, CRRT and ECMO. The unit also supports complex cases coming from cath lab, structural heart program and EP lab, ER and clinic. We are looking for nurses who have 1 year of experience with this patient population. Population we care for in CVICU: ECMO, Balloon Pumps, CRRT, Heart Surgeries, TAVRs, Common and Advanced thoracic and cardiac surgeries, Lytic cases, Carotids and TCARS Fempop, EVAR's/Endo AAA's Charting System: EPIC BSN Required: No License to Submit: Yes Trauma Level: 1 Care Setting: Acute Division: Nursing Certifications:ACLS, BLS, NIHSS - AHA or APEX All active certifications license required Pay range: $1,916.56-$2,016.56/week Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, weekly direct deposit, and more Job: 220225
