E-Commerce Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join ANTA as a E-Commerce Manager at our Santa Monica, CA location. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our digital store, developing and executing strategies to drive online sales, and enhancing the user experience for our digital consumers in the US market. Anta is one of the world’s largest sportswear brands, we recently launched in the US this past March with Kyrie Irving’s signature product. Anta looks to expand our footprint and consumer reach inside the U.S. authentically through consumer demand. Key Responsibilities: Create and implement sales plans and strategies for our digital store to achieve sales targets aligned with company goals. Oversee day-to-day digital store operations, including product listing, pricing, inventory management, order processing, consumer trends, and logistics. Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Cultivate positive relationships with marketplace, addressing inquiries and complaints to provide satisfactory resolutions. Prepare and analyze reports based on sales data and market trends to provide actionable business insights. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree. 5-7 years of proven experience in e-commerce store management, with a good understanding of the e-commerce industry and operations. Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, strong data analysis and reporting skills, familiarity with digital store operations and digital marketing. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and teams. Able to handle work pressure and possess problem-solving and adaptability skills. Strong interest and knowledge of the sports footwear and apparel industry, passionate about the sports lifestyle.
