Outside Sales Representative (Virginia) The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that develops sales strategies for existing clients and attracts new clients. You must be comfortable sourcing new sales opportunities and closing sales to achieve goals. You will play a key role in generating revenue by cultivating current customer relationships, producing leads and qualifying prospects, while promoting the Woodford Plywood product mix. Responsibilities Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships Meet personal and team sales targets Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads Attend meeting, sales events and product knowledge training to keep abreast of the latest developments Report and provide feedback to management Qualifications Clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) At least 1 - 3 years' of sales experience Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and driven Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
