Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Vice President to oversee operations in the Texas region. This leadership role is responsible for managing regional operations, driving business development, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring project excellence. The VP will leverage the company's brand to build relationships with key industry professionals and expand business opportunities. In addition, the VP will lead, coach, and support the Texas team to achieve revenue targets and maintain outstanding customer service standards. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Restoration and Reconstruction activities in the Texas region, in alignment with company and client priorities. Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, oversee full P&L accountability for the region, and drive productivity improvements. Continuous Improvement : Implement cost-saving measures and operational efficiencies across the regional value chain to support sustainable growth. Team Leadership: Hire, develop, and mentor team members, promoting a culture of excellence and supporting talent retention and advancement. Client Relationship Management: Ensure exceptional service for all clients, focusing on building and sustaining strong, long-term partnerships. Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to all laws, regulations, and company policies. Sales and Profitability Goals : Drive regional performance to meet or exceed annual sales and profit targets through effective business development and operational strategies. What You'll Need Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: o Minimum of 10 years' experience with minimum of 5years in a leadership role in construction or restoration. o Proven track record in business development and client growth. $175,000 - $185,000 a year Skills: o Technical knowledge of restoration industry o Strong leadership and talent development capabilities. o Strategic vision and experience in driving operational improvement. o Solid P&L and budget management experience. o Excellent communication, negotiation, and supervisory skills. Other Requirements: o Willingness to travel within the Texas region and nationally as needed. What You'll Get in Return Competitive base salary of $175,000-$185,000, plus performance-based bonus.
