In this role, the HR Generalist will provide on-site HR support including the administration of general HR processes, employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; productivity and training and development Support employees and managers with human resources related tasks Onboard new hires by gathering employee documents, creating employee files, and ensuring they have all the tools to succeed on day one at the company Fostering an engaging employee environment to enhance retention Attends and participates in employee relations meetings, terminations, and investigations Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; productivity and training and development Qualifications What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, preferred or a combination of experience and high school diploma 3 years of experience in a corporate HR department Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) required Strong customer service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) CoastalWasteCareers
