Certification Details BLS required Job Requirements At least 2 years acute care experience RNs required to titrate drips Common titratable &/or set rate drips include Insulin, Heparin, Nitro, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Cardizem Charge Nurse/House Supervisor present Nurse aids on unit, CNAs take 8-11 patients Tele monitoring with Monitor Techs, RNs verify readings Schedule Information 12 hour shifts, full time Every other weekend required 1-2 winter holidays required Call or standby required up to 4 times during contract duration Unit Specific Information Unit Med/Surg and Telemetry - Multiple specialties including Surgical, long-term low acuity, general medical cases, short stay, cardiac, COVID, Neuro, ortho, and spine Willingness to be assigned as a CNA or entrance screener if needed - same expectations as staff RNs take 4-5 patients CNAs take 8-11 patients Equipment: CPAP, Bipap, Trachs, no ventilators Orientation provided for specific units Additional Details BLS, COVID Vaccine Required Medical Solutions auto-deducts the 1.75 WA state tax
