Like what you hear so far? Here’s the nitty-gritty… This position is located at ProSource of North Orange County in Placentia. You will be paid a competitive salary with bonus potential. You will receive a benefits package that includes healthcare, retirement, and paid time off. What you’ll do: Lead and maintain a winning and objectives-driven team of 12-18 employees. Support, mentor, and motivate your team to maximize productivity and sales potential. Ensure that profitability goals for the showroom are consistently achieved and exceeded. Assign Membership leads and assign marketing territories to Account Managers strategically to increase their success Design and implement forward-thinking methods for increasing sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Measure, track, and analyze sales performance by individuals and the sales team, and coach your team to develop action plans to achieve goals. Recruit, hire, train, and develop new showroom team members utilizing the ProSource Wholesale Onboarding Process and best practices. Manage the showroom's reward and recognition programs. Understand your customers and select and display products that will sell the best in your area. Make sure all products are displayed and priced accurately. Learn and stay on top of the industry products, key home remodeling trends, and industry news. Plan and manage exciting showroom promotions and events. You might be a great match if you have: Minimum 5 years of related sales management experience. Wholesale sales or flooring experience a plus Ability to write reports & business correspondence Experience with Profit and Loss statements Ability to understand and effectively communicate numerical data and to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages Strong verbal and written communication skills Wholesale sales or flooring/kitchen & bath experience a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office A general understanding of technology and the internet (using mobile devices, apps, and internet searches) Who we are: ProSource Wholesale is one of the largest flooring companies in the country with 145 showrooms across the United States and Canada with new showrooms opening each year.
