Territory is Central Florida and the candidate must reside in the market This role will be WFM, but client meetings within the territory (Orlando & Tampa) at client sites Salary: $100,000 base, OTE $150,000 (first year) About Us: We are a cutting-edge software technology platform designed to streamline operations in the construction industry. We're looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our sales team and drive growth in this space. Role Overview: As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling our software platform to construction, architecture, civil engineering, and homebuilding companies. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and build long-term relationships with industry decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target key prospects in the construction, architecture, civil engineering, and homebuilding sectors Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless implementation of the software for clients Track sales activities, update CRM regularly, and report on progress Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably selling into construction, architecture, civil engineering, or homebuilding industries Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with the construction industry's challenges and workflows is a plus Compensation & Benefits: Base salary of $100,000 with an expected first-year total earnings of $150,000 (base commission) Comprehensive benefits package
