Job Title: Client Executive - Nursing Education Location: Orlando, FL area (Central/Northeast FL territory) Work Site: Remote w/client travel Job Description: As a Client Executive, you’ll manage a large territory with 50 client schools and a $3 million portfolio, selling e-learning solutions to nursing schools in Central and Northeast Florida, including Orlando, Jacksonville, Gainesville, and Daytona Beach. This role is remote when not traveling, with 3-4 days per week driving to client locations. Average deal size is $20,000-$25,000. Responsibilities: Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to drive sales within territory. Build and maintain consultative client relationships to achieve and exceed sales quotas. Present solutions effectively to education programs and manage client relationships. Forecast sales and manage resources effectively within the assigned territory. Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 3 years in solution-based sales, with a preference for candidates experienced in Ed Tech and SaaS. Previous experience with companies like Enterprise Rent-A-Car preferred. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Microsoft 360). Strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 3-4 days per week within the territory (limited overnight stays). Compensation: Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 OTE: $180,000 (uncapped, paid quarterly).
