This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with clients, and overseeing sales operations. The role will work closely with various departments, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth operations and maximize revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Further refine and develop our sales strategies in existing countries (Mexico, UK, EU). Manage and optimize current international e-commerce distributors and brick and mortar retailers. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in international markets. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Expand brick and mortar retailers in existing markets and new markets. Set sales goals and objectives for international markets. Work with Sales and Supply Chain on mitigating overstock and obsolete positions by managing and negotiating with domestic alternative channels. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in various countries. Address client needs and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients. Sales Operations: Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products to international clients. Collaborate with marketing to create and execute campaigns tailored to specific international markets. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. Manage export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations. Stay updated on international trade laws, tariffs, and regulations. Market Expansion: Identify and enter new markets, developing strategies to penetrate and grow market share. Attend international trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and its products. Analyze and report on market trends, providing insights and recommendations for business growth. Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales, with a proven track record of success. Skills: -Strong understanding of international markets and cross-cultural communication. -Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. -Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics to make informed decisions.- -Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. -Fluency in one or more foreign languages is a plus. Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as required. Work Environment: Office-based with some international travel. Collaboration with global teams across different time zones.
