We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven In-Home Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Position: In-Home Sales Representative Location: Kansas City, KS Job Type: Full-Time Contract Key Responsibilities: · Lead Generation: Proactively canvass neighborhoods to generate leads and identify potential customers interested in home improvement window solutions. Develop and implement strategies for self-creation of leads through door-to-door engagement, community events, and other grassroots marketing efforts. · Conduct In-Home Sales Presentations: Visit potential customers in their homes to present our product offerings, understand their needs, and demonstrate how our windows can improve their living environment. · One-Call Closing: Focus on closing the sale during the initial consultation by effectively addressing customer concerns, providing accurate quotes, and using proven sales techniques. · Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through installation and beyond. · Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our product line, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers. · Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. · Leadership: Serve as the liaison between the customer and the company's post-sale division for matters related to financing, contract changes, quality assurance, etc. Qualifications: · Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in in-home sales or the building products industry. Experience in canvassing and lead generation is highly desirable. Experience in the home improvement sector is a plus. · Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. · Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. · Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. · Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of home improvement products and the ability to learn technical details about our window products. · Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customers' schedules. · Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
