What We're Looking For In You!

1-3 Years of CANVASSING - SALES and/or OUTSIDE FIELD SALES Management (Home Improvement Field Canvass Management Experience Considered a Plus and Earns Extra Comp Consideration!)

Build, lead, mentor, and drive a successful Outside Door to Door Canvas Team

Effectively recruit and hire canvassers

Set/exceed objectives of Canvass Sales Team performance

Achieve Territory Canvassing Sales objectives with sales goals, performance data, and forecasts

Proven record of canvassing sales success from managing to closing sales AND/OR Any SALES Management Experience with proven SALES track record of meeting SALES goals

Ability to work light evenings, light Saturday and travel

Canvass Manager Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Coaching, Motivating, Mentoring and Training Canvass Sales Team

Identify issues and offer constructive feedback to grow Canvassing Team Members forward

Leadership by example through successful canvass selling habits and performance

Ensure outside field lead quotas are met/exceeded by holding daily check-ins

Manage Canvass Team reporting processes
