Position Overview: The Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving new business growth through proactive outbound sales efforts, cold calling, and lead generation. This individual will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, supporting the outside sales team in closing deals, and maintaining effective communication with prospective and existing clients. This role demands a highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient salesperson who can efficiently build relationships over the phone and drive customer acquisition efforts. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Conduct daily outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce company products/services. Generate new leads through research, networking, and proactive outreach. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and set up initial meetings or calls for the outside sales team. Lead Generation & Management: Identify target markets and key decision-makers in assigned territories. Create and maintain accurate records of all leads, prospects, and customer interactions in the CRM. Follow up on inbound inquiries and turn warm leads into sales opportunities. Monitor lead activity and prioritize based on potential and timelines. Support for Outside Sales Team: Work closely with the outside sales team to schedule appointments, provide updates on lead progress, and prepare materials for meetings. Collaborate with outside sales reps to create targeted campaigns and strategies for specific clients. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to support the outside sales team in closing deals. Provide seamless communication between clients and the outside sales team to ensure client satisfaction. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients. Address inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members. Educate clients on product/service features, pricing, and competitive advantages.
