Job Title: Business Development Associate Location: ON-SITE Redondo Beach, CA About the Company: We are a cloud-based solutions provider for voice, fax, and data with a highly dedicated and energetic team. Position Overview: We're seeking a Business Development Associate to identify and qualify new business opportunities and support the Business Development team. You'll be responsible for coordinating lead generation and lead nurturing programs, providing administrative support to marketing and sales department heads, and coordinating customer communications. Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify new business opportunities - Nurture leads to actively engage with potential customers and uncover future opportunities - Use outbound calls, emails, social selling tools, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other marketing channels to increase sales - Coordinate lead generation and lead nurturing programs - Analyze and distribute key marketing metrics - Provide support for marketing campaigns and collateral - Provide administrative support to teams as needed Qualifications: - 1 year(s) of telesales/telemarketing experience in B2B services and/or technology - Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional team collaboration - Proficiency in English verbal and written communication - Highly detail-oriented - Strong organizational skills - Self-motivated and proactive with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree Salary: $50k base with $15k commission potential.
