The Opportunity SwiftWall®, a leading innovator in simple reusable wall systems, is expanding its sales and business structure to better align and accelerate its growth trajectory. Part of this expansion is establishing Inside Sales Representatives who are responsible for growing the sales pipeline. Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for gaining new leads and converting them into ongoing customers using the SwiftWall Solution. Inside Sales Representatives research customers to make customized sales pitches and demonstrate how the consumer would benefit from using SwiftWall. Once they make a sale, they’ll maintain a strong, ongoing relationship with that customer to sell additional products to them in the future or to answer any questions they have while using SwiftWall. Inside Sales Representatives will foster an environment prioritizing the team and doing the right thing, while maintaining a fun and free, agile and excellent atmosphere. Duties and Responsibilities - Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails - Understand customer needs and requirements - Route qualified opportunities to the regional sales managers for further development and closure - Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas - Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest - Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory - Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals - Perform effective online demos to prospects - Excellent computer skills (MS Office) - Proficiency in English Preferred Skills and Capabilities - Proven inside sales experience - Track record of over-achieving quota - Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day - Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools - Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Strong listening and presentation skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Ability to perform in a collaborative, challenging, and innovative company culture Benefits - Competitive compensation package including base pay and bonus programs - Starting pay dependent on experience and skill level - Good development opportunities including training on job - Great health care benefits (medical, dental, and vision) - Paid holidays and paid time-off (PTO) - 401K - Maternity and Paternity Leave - Commissioned sales Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay
