Account Manager – IT Professional Services, Staffing & SOW

We are looking to hire a growth-focused sales professional with a track record of driving year-on-year business expansion. You know – and have run all phases of a sales cycle, including qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process and technical expertise. You excel at developing relationships with key buyers and decision-makers for both new and existing clients, utilizing a differentiated playbook. Successful candidates must thrive in a growing, fast evolving, people-centric culture and be passionate about identifying new client opportunities and growing the Idexcel brand. We are looking for someone with creativity, energy, drive, organizational skills and a positive attitude to work with the team to deliver innovative revenue generating results around Idexcel's services. What You'll Do Drive revenue quota through business development and internal collaboration. Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs. Interact with senior management levels at clients and within Idexcel, determine pursuit strategies, develop client messaging plans and relationships, and apply industry-leading transformation strategies and practices. Exercise latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in a professional services organization. Technology solutions sales preferred; IT services, staffing is a must. Conversant in emerging trends in technology and business. Client facing (from deal qualification through close). Has or will earn credibility with Technology and other executives. Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Experience with Director, VP & C-Level client relationship building and relationship management. Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility, and character.
