As our Senior Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll help lead our supply chain strategy, ensuring we meet our business goals while maintaining high-quality standards. You’ll play a critical role in managing inventory, optimizing procurement, and coordinating production planning across multiple locations. If you thrive on data-driven decisions, continuous improvement, and building strong supplier relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you What You’ll Do: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with our company goals. Inventory Management: Monitor and optimize inventory levels to minimize excess while ensuring product availability. Procurement Excellence: Cultivate strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all activities meet industry regulations and maintain our high-quality standards. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance processes, including automation and new tools for planning efficiency. Production Coordination: Oversee production planning, ensuring schedules align with inventory and customer demands. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, operations, and other departments to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives and enhance communication across teams. Cost Reduction & Strategic Purchasing: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategic purchasing plans. Logistics Management: Coordinate shipping and receiving to streamline processes and address logistical challenges. Data Analysis: Dive into supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions. What You Bring: A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5 years of experience in supply chain/procurement within the manufacturing sector (international sourcing experience preferred). Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems, ideally NetSuite. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in production planning.
