The Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Lightspark will be the creative force behind revolutionizing our digital footprint in the payments world. You'll drive brand awareness, accelerate customer acquisition, and build an unforgettable presence across all digital channels, setting the pace in fintech innovation. Key Responsibilities: Create and lead Lightspark's comprehensive digital marketing strategy, aligning with company goals to increase visibility, customer acquisition, and brand recognition. Oversee digital campaigns across platforms (search, social, email, web, content, and paid advertising), ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence. Leverage data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns, optimize performance, and provide actionable insights to the broader marketing and leadership teams. Build B2B CRM funnels and work with sales to optimize outreach. Create innovative ways to reach developers in multiple target pillars. Develop an SEO strategy and collaborate with teams in the business to optimize our digital presence, including the website, blog, and social channels, enhancing organic reach. Manage creative content strategy and execution, collaborating with design and brand teams to produce compelling, on-brand digital experiences. Manage Lightspark's paid media strategy, including budgeting, targeting, and measurement to maximize return on ad spend across channels. Implement and manage marketing automation tools, CRM integrations, and other digital platforms to optimize and personalize the customer journey. Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to align digital marketing with broader business strategies, ensuring customer engagement and retention are central to our initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; an MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords) are a plus. 10 years of digital marketing experience, with 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within tech, fintech, or high-growth startups. Proven track record of successful digital campaigns with measurable results in brand growth and customer acquisition. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEM tools, social media advertising, CRM, and marketing automation software. Able to build website analytics dashboards and report to those to the business. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with expertise in KPI setting, A/B testing, and optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels. High adaptability and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to launching and scaling initiatives. Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and the latest trends in digital marketing.
