Community Association Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Community Association Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple community associations in North East Atlanta. This full-time hybrid role offers a mix of remote and on-site work and provides the opportunity to work closely with homeowners, boards of directors, and vendors to ensure smooth, efficient management of community associations. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management : Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of community associations, ensuring efficient management and compliance with governing documents and regulations. Financial Oversight : Supervise the financial administration of each association, including reviewing monthly financial reports, preparing summaries for the board, and managing the delinquency and collections process. Board & Homeowner Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for the Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors, maintaining clear and open communication. Board Meeting Support : Attend and participate in Board of Directors meetings, offering insights and guidance on association matters as per the management agreement. Architectural Review & Inspections : Assist the Board with architectural review processes and conduct routine property inspections to ensure compliance with community standards. Record Keeping : Maintain organized and accurate files, records, and correspondence in alignment with company policies and best practices. Expert Guidance : Stay well-versed in governing documents, rules and regulations, and general legal requirements of community associations. Qualifications: Licensure : Valid Georgia Community Association Manager (CAM) License or Georgia Real Estate License (issued by the Georgia Real Estate Commission). Experience : 2 years of experience in community association management (HOA) is highly desired. Skills : Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.
