Description of the Position We are searching for a dedicated person who wants a career, not just a job. This position requires proficiency with customer relations & service skills, marketing, office procedures and some math / science. You should be experienced with Word, Excel and Outlook and have broad internet, computer and other software skills. We will teach you the various order management and invoicing programs we use. You will be an associate on an established sales team and assist in the day-to-day flow of paperwork, data & order entry, respond to requests for information from customers and prepare quotations. We are looking for someone with a competitive spirit, optimistic personality and who thinks of problems as opportunities to serve customers. You must be able to take the initiative to seek the next task without being directed to do so and be willing to engage in self-study with instructions and information available from your experienced co-workers and team members. You should be experienced with Word, Excel and Outlook and have broad internet, computer and other software skills.
