Growing national law firm is looking for a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their Downtown Los Angeles team. The Senior Litigation Paralegal will provide support to attorneys for the full life cycle of cases including during trials, meditations and arbitration. The ideal Senior Litigation Paralegal candidate will have 7 years of business and commercial litigation experience, proficiency with all aspects of litigation and recent courtroom experience. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Preparing a range of legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs Reviewing and analyzing discovery materials both electronic and hard copy Trial preparation including witness binders, exhibits, electronic presentations, etc. Assist in creating and maintaining case chronologies, indices and case files Assisting with trial logistics including setting up the war room, securing necessary equipment, and set up of files and exhibits in the courtroom Requirements: 5 years of civil litigation defense experience Paralegal Certificate or BPC 6450 compliant attestation or declaration Trial experience preferred but not required Firm offers hybrid work schedules, generous benefits, and a truly collaborative and supportive team environment. Targeted salary range of $105k - $120k annually eligible for annual discretionary bonus. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
