Prominent law firm in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their growing office. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 - 7 years of experience with civil litigation and eDiscovery and proficiency with second generation eDiscovery Platforms (e.g. Relativity). The Litigation Paralegal's responsibilities include: Preparing for and supporting attorneys during trials Propounding and responding to discovery, Drafting pleadings, motions, subpoenas, etc. Running searches for attorneys on investigations, preparations, and trial prep Preparing and running document productions Liaise with forensic document production vendors Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of civil litigation defense experience, preferably in a mid-size or large firm environment Experience with second generation E-Discovery platforms such as Relativity or DISCO Paralegal Certificate or BPC 6450 compliant Declaration required Experience supporting attorneys during trial (manning the war room, running exhibits, etc.) This opportunity is with an established and respected firm that values their staff and encourages a work-life balance.
