Responsibilities - Ordering medical records and preparing subpoenas Managing pre-trial workup, creating trial binders, and sending documents to expert witnesses Setting and calendaring depositions, preparing deposition notices, and arranging for court reporters Required Skills Must have an ABA approved paralegal certificate Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules, all phases of discovery, and the ability to proofread and cite check documents is required Detailed-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks across several case related matters Solid communication and time management skills are essential Preferred Skills Familiarity with various programs such as Summation, CaseMap, iManage, and Trial Director Pay range and compensation package -$85k-$90k
