Senior Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities Address and resolve employee relations issues, manage performance, staffing, learning and development, compensation planning, and handle payroll and benefits inquiries. Administer policies and procedures for employment, placement, termination, and transfer of employees, ensuring consistent and equitable application. Provide advice, counsel, and support for benefits, compliance programs, and HR Information Systems, and guide staff and managers through people-related matters. Guide management and employees through performance management and termination processes, and advise on policies and procedures for appraisals, disciplinary actions, and staffing decisions. Develop and conduct training related to staffing and employee relations, and coach and mentor supervisors and leaders to ensure employee development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 5 years' experience in leading HR teams Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement
