Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent at McGuire Builders, Inc. The Superintendent will oversee and manage daily construction operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure project milestones are met, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The role will involve on-site presence and close collaboration with construction teams and clients in San Antonio, TX. Candidate must have experience in Hospitality (Hotels) Construction including Public Space, Meeting Conference Facilities, and/or Hotel Lobby Renovations to be considered for the role. Duties and Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subcontractors and field staff Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction Required Skills and Abilities In-depth knowledge of construction management software (e.g., Procore, Prolog, Primavera) Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials Familiarity with contract documents and ability to interpret construction plans and specifications Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams Proficient in budgeting and cost control procedures Knowledge of safety regulations and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred) Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry Note: Additional requirements may vary depending on specific projects or company policies.
