Construction Superintendent - Sheet Metal

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily activities of on-site construction crews, ensuring work aligns with project specs and safety standards. Interpret schematics to guide the construction process accurately. Utilize construction management tools like Prolog, ProCore, and Primavera for effective project tracking and reporting. Manage schedules, resources, and materials to meet project timelines. Conduct safety inspections regularly to maintain OSHA compliance. Provide training and mentorship to enhance crew skills and performance. Maintain open communication with project managers, subcontractors, and clients about project status. Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in the mechanical construction space Proven experience in a supervisory role within construction. In-depth understanding of construction management principles. Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Prolog, ProCore, Primavera). Knowledgeable about OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards. Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Skilled in problem-solving and developing efficient workflows. Experience in pipeline project management is an advantage.
