We’re partnering with one of the best construction firms in Phoenix, and they’re looking for a dedicated, hands-on Superintendent to lead and ensure the successful delivery of high-profile projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel, ensuring they meet the highest quality and safety standards. Monitor project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management. Ensure adherence to local building codes, OSHA regulations, and company policies. Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively, maintaining workflow and minimizing delays. Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings, ensuring a proactive approach to safety and risk management. Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Qualifications & Requirements: 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry (commercial or residential). Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from ground-up to completion. Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of workers. Proficient in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving conflicts and maintaining project timelines. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required). OSHA certifications and other relevant industry certifications are a plus. Experience with high-end commercial or multi-family residential projects is a bonus.
