Position Overview: The Multi-Family Construction Superintendent will oversee all aspects of multi-family garden-style and mid-rise construction projects with budgets of $25 million or more IN SOUTH FLORIDA. The ideal candidate is a driven leader with a strong track record of managing high-value residential projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead on-site operations for multi-family garden-style and mid-rise projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality goals. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure smooth execution of all construction phases. Maintain a strict focus on job site safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company standards. Conduct regular inspections to monitor quality control, progress, and compliance with building specifications. Collaborate with project managers, clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met. Anticipate and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients. Foster a productive and positive job site environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration. Qualifications: 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on multi-family garden-style and mid-rise projects. Proven track record of successfully managing projects with budgets of $25 million or more . Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse project teams. Comprehensive understanding of multi-family construction processes, quality control, and safety regulations. Proficiency in construction management software and reporting tools.
