Your role includes: Coordinating all trade and field personnel and maintaining project schedules Ordering materials, scheduling inspections, and managing job site logistics Conducting weekly progress meetings with all trades and ensuring quality control Ensuring a safe job site and compliance with safety regulations, including stormwater compliance Collaborating closely with Project Managers on budgets, scheduling, and critical path meetings Supervising the construction process from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction and regulatory compliance What We’re Looking For: Experience: 5-8 years in heavy commercial or industrial construction, including experience with precast and tilt-wall construction Skills: Hands-on with strong leadership skills, field supervision, scheduling, quality control, safety, and production expertise Attributes: Proactive problem solver, team-oriented, and able to maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, and team members Ready to Take the Lead?
