Specializing in industrial, aviation, and tilt-wall warehouse construction , this company is known for delivering exceptional builds from start to finish, with projects ranging from $5M to $425M . Key Responsibilities: Lead on-site management of ground-up commercial construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, project managers, and site personnel to maintain schedules and budgets. Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are upheld. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges to keep projects on track. Qualifications: 7 years of experience as a Superintendent on similar large-scale projects. Extensive knowledge of tilt-wall construction and managing large industrial/aviation builds. Proven track record of completing projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
