Must be local to Midland for this job, not offering relocation. This is a contract/Third party role. PURPOSE Responsible to coordinate the activities related to the facility maintenance and up keep of the workplace. Certify that the execution of the current tasks is accomplished through measurable inspections defined by KPIs, ensuring that internal customer satisfaction is met. MAIN RESPONSIBILITES Receives maintenance / improvement interventions request on buildings, roads, parking, green areas, etc in the facility, validates and forwards them to direct reports or third Parties (Facility Companies), defining the timing of carrying out. Service Request and Maintenance Services. Facility management continues improvement to respond and complete work orders in a timely manner. Ensure the efficient operation of the office management tool, improving employee’s services and experience thru the Space Module, Service Request Module, Visitor Module and Mail & Packages Modules. Maintain and update all digital drawings for the facility in an organized manner. Define and coordinates the following: · Cleaning routine of buildings and grounds / quarterly dep cleaning. · Restocking schedule of breakroom and cleaning supplies. Ensuring that consumable stock is up to par levels in all breakrooms. · Regular landscaping maintenance and up keep. · Main roads maintenances and repair. · Appliances status and maintenance. · Furniture life span and conditions. · Offices reconfiguration. · Exterior Building condition inspections. · Signage up keep and maintenance. Implements checks during the suppliers' works execution and after it, in order to verify that job complies with schedule and scope. Perform inspection report-sheets, indicating possible no conformities in the execution. Certifies and receive invoices in SAP for the execution of the works, performing the necessary coordination to guarantee an on-time payment. Cooperates in carrying out events (meetings, ceremonies, etc), assuring the adequate logistic support through the contribution of Third Parties Checks continuously the execution of investments aimed at implementing the norms and improving Plants in full compliance with the times / costs defined. Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area. Requirements: · Able to read and understand drawings & blue-prints. · Experience as a facility coordinator, operations supervisor, or similar role. · LiftStations experience preferred · Strong verbal and written Communication Skills; Reporting Skills · Bilingual Spanish (preferred) · Well-organized · Knowledge of facility management operations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, standard cold weather conditions maintenance, etc.) · OSHA 10 or Houston Safety Council basic (preferred) · Self-Driven and ability to adapt quickly · Ability to work under-pressure · Strong Cross-Functional Team Ability · Strong Interpersonal Skills · Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office This position will work through a third party as a contractor Job Type: Full-time
