Job Summary This recruiter will lead highly disciplined, full life cycle recruitment processes for a variety of roles while specializing in Supply Chain. The organization is in search of someone who can create and maintain strong, effective business partnerships with internal managers and develop multiple sourcing channels to reach active and passive candidates. Develops diverse talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies and recruitment techniques. Guides and negotiates offer discussions to support seamless onboarding. Engages in special recruiting projects, including evaluating best practices in interviewing, leveraging internal talent sources, and pinpointing top performers for challenging roles. Builds and maintains the Company’s “employer of choice” reputation, internally and externally, by recommending strategic recruiting ideas and processes that support long-term growth goals. Advocates for both Company and candidate interests, ensuring consistent communication, frequent touchpoints, and a positive hiring experience. Represents the Company at external employment agencies, job fairs, conferences, and university events, and builds strong client relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, acting as a recruitment consultant and providing proactive communication and problem-solving. Ensures recruitment process compliance with employment laws through accurate documentation in the ATS and provides guidance on legal obligations to hiring managers. Oversees reference checks, pre-employment screenings, and offer negotiations while striving to meet key performance metrics, including time to fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, diversity in hiring, and positive candidate experience. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 2 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting. Strong skills in influencing, consulting, and negotiating. Proven success in sourcing diverse talent, with expertise in competitive markets. Experienced in client management, with the ability to consult and influence at the executive level. Advanced proficiency in designing and implementing sourcing strategies for internal, external, and diversity-focused recruitment. Extensive experience guiding candidate selection and assessment, including interviews, business alignment, skills evaluations, and offer negotiations. Demonstrates sound judgment and effective communication. Ability and eagerness to stay informed about market conditions and use data to guide decision-making. Proficient in using innovative approaches to meet business staffing needs. Excellent skills in candidate management, including full-cycle salary negotiations. Exceptional oral and written communication abilities. Team-oriented, adaptable, and flexible in dynamic environments. Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate sourcing platforms.
