Job Title: Education Associate Location: Miami, Florida Department: Training Department Reports to: Director of Education Job Overview: As a Training Coordinator at Dolce & Gabbana Beauty, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of our training initiatives across the Americas. You will coordinate all logistics and operational aspects of the training programs, from organizing materials to managing the shipping of products, as well as tracking and reporting training results. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Training Logistics & Coordination: - Coordinate all aspects of training logistics, including, but not limited, hotels, catering, tools, printing materials, product availability, transportation, etc. - Manage all back of the house training logistics to support regional needs. Gratis Orders & Shipping Coordination: - Overseeing all Gratis Programs, ensuring timely collection and delivery, along with any ancillary requests. Data Collection & Analysis: - Collect and compile sales results andall training data in adherence to all training initiatives to support KPIs. Sales Results Analysis: - Compile and analyze weekly sales results from markets impacted by training, tracking the effectiveness of training initiatives and their impact on sales. LMS Experience in Community Management: - Experience with LMS Platforms: Backoffice Management of the LMS platform for the region. Prroject Management: - To oversee the coordination and deployment of education projects. - Manage multiple education-related projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives. - Experience managing production in partnership with third parties, global and regional teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in training coordination, project management, or a related field, preferably within the beauty or luxury industry. - Strong Organizational and Project Management Skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure the smooth execution of various training activities. - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across different teams and regions. - Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in managing logistics, tracking data, and organizing materials. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with digital learning platforms (LMS), Canvas, Microsoft Suite, or similar tools. - Project Management: Ability to coordinate multiple projects, including materials production, shipping logistics, and cross-functional communication. - Language: Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus). Preferred Skills: - Beauty Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the beauty, luxury, or fashion industries is a plus. - Event Coordination: Experience coordinating live events, training sessions, or corporate meetings.
