Onsite Job – Aircraft Electrician/Avionics/Aviation Maintenance Technician Work Location: Jacksonville, FL 32221 Duration: 08 Months of Contract Shift: First Start Time: 8:00 AM End Time: 5:00 PM Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3 years of Aircraft Mechanic (Experience in either commercial or defense or relevant trade apprenticeship would be considered) 3 years experience in reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics and specifications Ability to close tolerance drill within .001 & Ability to precision measure within .0005 in metallic and composite structures. Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): FAA certification in Airframe and/or Power Plant is desirable Knowledge of general aircraft maintenance and environment processes (Human Factors, FOD control, tool control, health & safety & COSHH) Typical Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED or 3 years of industry or military experience
