Start your application today Responsibilities: • Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business • Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline • Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements • Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to Qualifications: • 3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required • Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License • Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university required in banking, business, real estate, or a related field Compensation: $75,000 at plan • Compensation: $75,000 per year
