Position Overview Join the growing Stanley brand marketing team as a Retail Marketing Manager (Temp) You will play a key role in developing, implementing, and supporting marketing efforts to strengthen Stanley's brand leadership in retail. Collaborating with marketing colleagues, Creative, Visual Merchandising, and Consumer Experience teams. Additionally, this role will contribute to launching brand campaigns, new products, and retail programs across multiple marketing channels to ensure successful sales in retail. This is temporary position (6 months), residing in Seattle, WA with a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities Develop Brand Marketing initiatives in collaboration with your team and cross-functional partners to drive brand awareness and visibility in key retail accounts. Work in partnership with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to identify and unlock brand opportunities for key accounts. Manage multiple sophisticated projects and own timelines and processes in collaboration with product, ecommerce teams, sales managers, and other key collaborators. Plan and implement strategic campaigns involving PR, influencer marketing, events, and social media. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build marketing plans and creative assets in support of pivotal upcoming retail moments. Lead projects and facilitate meetings-kickoffs, reviews, updates, and retrospectives-while presenting updates and action items to team members and senior leadership. Help build collaborative sales presentations for key accounts by contributing brand news, launch plans, and marketing results. Collaborate with agency partners to complete PR and Influencer campaigns and provide ongoing brand support for retail. Lead a small team of retail enthusiasts to ensure the success of each Stanley program at retail. Collaborate with various teams to support marketing efforts for Stanley's major retail partners like Dick's Sporting Goods, Target, and Amazon. About You 6-8 years of experience working with a team in a Marketing role to support brand marketing in retail environments. Leadership experience is a plus. Experience working with, or within, a cross-functional brand marketing team with a strong understanding of PR, social media, influencers, event production, and associated projects. Experience in consumer goods and/or retail industries. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Strong client service skills, with the ability to present to and collaborate with sales managers and key account marketing teams. Agency management experience. People & team management experience, with the ability to mentor and lead junior staff. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to take initiative, with the ability to work independently. Analytical problem solver with a proactive approach who anticipates future challenges. Proficiency in mediating, advancing, and compromising to ensure the most effective path for success is planned and performed. Thrives within a fast-paced culture of creativity. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 6-8 years of marketing experience. Team leadership and/or people management experience. Budget management experience. Experience with collaboration and project management software, such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams. Proficiency with MS Office, with strong PowerPoint skills.
