Stanley is looking for a creative and innovative Senior Product Manager who will guide progressive and culturally relevant product collaborations. You will work on highly visible products that intersect our global brand with style and culture. As a key contributor, you will help define our collaboration strategy and vision. This role involves managing Strategic Brand Collaborations, Artist Co-Creations, Limited Editions, and more. It's an exciting time to join the Stanley, and we hope that you consider us for the next stop on your career journey Key Responsibilities Builds product collaboration strategies tied to brand positioning, product and commercial objectives, consumer awareness, and business impact. Maintains a strong connection to global trend, innovation, style, and culture across regions and industries. Confidently owns and leads strategic project plans for multiple concurrent product programs, from concept to kick-off to delivery. Generates appropriate product assortments to drive brand relevancy and business goals. Strong ability to communicate concepts and drive storytelling across the organization through digital, visual, and verbal presentation. Develops cross-functional program plans according to unique program needs. Establishes timelines, functional partners (internal & external), oversees deliverables and on-time execution. Contributes to creative concepts and communicates through visual line plans. Evaluates program resource needs to scope program requirements and engage functional resource planning. Works efficiently with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to: Product Design, Product Development, Creative/Graphic Design, Supply Planning, Logistics, Business Management, Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain. Positively represents the brand to external partners including key accounts, partners/affiliates, brands, and suppliers. Builds, supports, and manages product line administration related to product programs, including new product & collateral development, new item creation in systems, and program communication tools. Proactively communicates needs, deliverables, and progress across functions with an understanding of program timelines. Stays connected and informed to Brand, Product, Category, and Regional strategies - guides product programs to support and improve the strategies. Ensures programs align with product architectures and creative/design guidelines. Manages program costs, pricing, and communicates financial plans to Product Management. Facilitates efficient and effective written and verbal communication with internal cross-functional teams and external collaborators. Builds and provides visual presentations to document programs and communicate clearly across collaborators. Supports the sample, product specification, and regulatory documentation needs for product programs. About You Ability to stay current with relevant brands, creatives, products, and consumer sentiments. Practiced and proven experience understanding global consumers and markets, building strategy and storytelling that flexes appropriately for the region. Significant experience advising and coordinating creative work, comfortable partnering with product creation teams to meet informed needs for color, graphic design, and trend. Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills. Ability to skillfully manage multiple overlapping programs with various needs and timings. Excellent analytical and evaluation skills weighing project timelines against brand goals. Strong financial competence to analyze product costs and make assortment decisions based on the overall category budget. Ability to effectively work with individuals and groups at all organization levels; collaboratively, and confidently. Strong interest in consumer products, consumer insights, and market landscape. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines. Prior experience working directly with product management, sales, marketing, and design/creative departments. Education and Experience 7 years' experience in Program/Product Management, Product Development, and/or Product Creation. Proficiency in creating and completing cross-functional project plans. Expert in building compelling, well-designed PowerPoint presentations. Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator or InDesign, is a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills. The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
