Operations /Continuous Improvement Manager

Responsibilities Advise the plant leadership team, with regards to Excellence, with focus on external and internal benchmarking. Create zero loss culture across areas to optimize quality, and cost while improving safety. Develop capability through components to establish the fundamentals of excellence in safety, quality, and reliability. Focus on building capability that improves problem solving, and empowers teams to eliminate factory-loss. Support strategic goals, coordinate the development and implementation of factory-loss improvement objectives. Create and manage CI budget. Required skills and knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Previous experience in implementing, Lean and Six Sigma business systems. Minimum 7 years manufacturing experience / leadership experience in a plant Must have extensive CI and Kaizen experience Expected travel up to 25% Six Sigma Certificate
