Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, and possess a strong understanding of human resources practices, employee relations, benefits, and recruitment. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires. Ensure new employees are welcomed, trained, and properly integrated into the company. Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner. HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, process HR documents, and ensure accurate data entry into HRIS. Prepare and manage employee correspondence, such as offer letters, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. Training & Development: Assist in the coordination and delivery of training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives. Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health, dental, and retirement plans. Provide guidance to employees on benefit options and eligibility. Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including tracking performance evaluations, assisting with goal setting, and helping employees and managers with performance-related issues. Payroll Support: Assist the payroll team with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and ensuring accurate payroll processing. Translation & Communication: Provide bilingual support for HR communications, ensuring that all policies, procedures, and HR documents are available in both English and Spanish. Qualifications: Language Requirement: Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience: 2-3 years of HR experience in a generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-site environment. Knowledge of HR Practices: Familiarity with labor laws, benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. HRIS & MS Office Skills: Proficiency with HRIS software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Problem-Solving: Ability to approach challenges with a positive attitude and develop solutions in a timely manner. Preferred Skills: HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
