Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst to join an innovative, data-driven organization. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing HRIS processes, ensuring accurate data entry and system updates, and preparing detailed reports. Your focus will be on managing payroll and benefits data, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. You will utilize advanced Excel techniques and HRIS systems to maintain data integrity, streamline operations, and drive efficiency across all HR-related functions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all HRIS, benefits, and payroll inquiries for employees. Prepare and deliver regular reports and analyses using advanced Excel techniques (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs). Analyze and process benefits-related data, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements and accurate reporting. Manage and validate multi-state payroll data through ADP, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting for exempt, non-exempt, and commission-based employees. Ensure timely and accurate employee data entry during new hires, changes, or terminations. Stay up to date on labor laws, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations Act as a change agent, driving organizational growth and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Other Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), and familiarity with ADP systems. Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems. Excellent project management skills for handling complex HR projects and initiatives. Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
