Our Luxury Beauty Company client is seeking a Contracted Logistics Coordinator to join their Brickell office. Please note - this will be an ongoing contracted position for the year 2025. This is a hybrid role 3 days on site and 2 days remote. This position requires a highly organized individual, able to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time. They will excel in this role if they are proactive and display a sense of urgency since there are various deadlines to meet for the business unit. Fluency in Spanish and English is a requirement. Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating logistics of shipments Assisting with purchase orders Supporting the accounts payable team Communicating with suppliers Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone Review all PowerPoint presentations Provide additional administrative support to the department and business groups as needed Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative role preferably in Retail or Marketing. Proficiency in MS Office. Advanced Excel and Power Point are required. Experience with SAP is a plus or any similar software that manages Purchase Orders like: Quickbooks or Oracle. Autonomous and results-oriented Personality. Ability to communicate and work in a team environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is a requirement.
