Our client, a non-profit organization in Boston, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join their team. The Marketing Coordinator will focus on three core areas: print media production, digital content creation, and community engagement. Must be available to work on Christmas and Easter's for organizations events. Able to work occasional evenings and Sundays. Onsite Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM Responsibilities: Draft and edit content for various print materials, such as newsletters, signage, and event collateral. Ensure all printed materials adhere to established branding guidelines. Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms. Coordinate email communications using tools like MailChimp. Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on promotional and communication projects. Document events and initiatives through photography and video production. Support branding efforts by developing and distributing marketing materials for events and activities. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in marketing and media. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media management tools. Experience with content management systems such as WordPress. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop. Strong skills in photography, videography, and visual storytelling. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both collaboratively and independently. Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
