Adecco Creative & Marketing is recruiting an eCommerce Site Coordinator for our client, an ever-growing, family owned company striving to provide the best education products, professional learning, and digital resources for educators and children. The eCommerce Site Coordinator is responsible for executing website merchandising for US and international sales on an eCommerce site powered by Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud. This role is a 6-month contract position. The rate for the role is $25hr. Prefer candidates local to the DC area. What You’ll Be Doing: Oversee the end-to-end setup of products for all websites, including imagery, attributes, pricing, markdowns, filters, tags, promotional pricing, and copy. Strategically merchandise product areas, including display order, features, categorization, and navigation to support key investments. Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and other teams to create compelling merchandising themes and storytelling for professional learning. Schedule and set up homepage updates, new content pages, promotions, and features in alignment with the marketing calendar. Perform quality assurance on homepages, links, and redirects. Monitor website daily/weekly to ensure optimal product placement, link functionality, and troubleshoot new features or functionality. Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Operations teams on internal search engine optimization for enhanced product findability via identifiers like ISBN or SKU. Coordinate content delivery to improve organic search rankings for non-branded keywords. Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate merchandise, promotions, features, and product presentation for strategy development. Work with market research and CRM teams to deploy site personalization strategies. Partner with the Marketing team to set up and QA Acquia personalization goals for eCommerce. Your Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience. 2 years of experience with eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shopify, or WooCommerce. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar solutions. Proficiency in web-based tools and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Experience with Google Analytics, A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize), and personalization software. Knowledge of shopping feed setup for Google Shopping and Facebook Shopping. Knowledge of testing, optimization, and online conversion drivers. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite preferred.
