About The Role The E-Commerce Manager drives online sales growth by developing strategies, collaborating on digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance customer experience and optimize results. They oversee promotions, ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations, and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs. Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance and provide insights to senior management. Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies to implement best practices and innovative solutions. Evaluate and recommend new e-commerce technologies and platforms to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, platforms, and technology partners. Manage the planning and execution of brand pages, promotions and calendar for our portfolio on our distributor partner’s eCommerce websites Conduct regular quality assurance checks, site monitoring, and implement security measures to safeguard client information and ensure compliance with alcohol e-commerce regulations and privacy laws. Remain current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and e-commerce best practices. Develop a roadmap for hypothesis-driven testing to boost conversion rates. Conduct regular reviews of KPIs and report findings to the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus. At least 3-5 years of experience in a related role, alcohol beverage industry preferred. A proven track record (ideally 2 years) managing the e-commerce website for a retailer or DTC brand, with a deep understanding of online sales channels, operations, and client expectations. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and web analytics tools. Proficiency in e-commerce software and tools (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and content management systems (CMS). Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
