We are looking for an experienced e-commerce specialist to join our team. You will play a vital role in developing and improving e-commerce strategies and increasing sales through digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies that contribute to increasing sales.
Analyze the market and competition to identify opportunities and challenges.
Platform Management:
Manage e-commerce stores (such as WooCommerce) and ensure a seamless user experience.
Update products, prices, and inventory on a regular basis.
Data Analysis:
Use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to track store performance and analyze customer behavior.
Prepare periodic performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
Product Marketing:
Develop and implement online marketing strategies that include paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to increase the store visibility in search results.
Customer Relationship Management:
Deal with customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and improve the overall experience.
Collaborate with other teams:
Coordinate with design teams to develop engaging visual content.
Work with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
Qualifications:
At least 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Knowledge of modern e-commerce tools and technologies.
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
Creativity in developing marketing campaigns.
