Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + Benefits

Description
Our client, an established leader in the construction industry, is seeking a skilled E-Commerce Manager to join their team onsite in Canoga Park, CA. In this role, you’ll oversee the full spectrum of their online store operations, including product listings, pricing, creative assets, and website maintenance, all aimed at delivering a seamless shopping experience for their customers. This position works with Shipping and Production teams to ensure smooth coordination and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with creativity and analytical skills to optimize the online storefront and drive growth. Previous e-commerce or digital marketing experience in the construction industry is a huge plus, and both seasoned e-commerce professionals and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and growth
Oversee the entire product lifecycle online
Manage and optimize the website and online storefront
Continuously improve website functionality and customer journey
Use SEO best practices to enhance search engine visibility and increase site traffic
Research and set competitive pricing strategies
Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including SEO, email campaigns, and social media
Use Google Analytics and e-commerce tools to monitor key metrics
Generate reports to optimize site performance
Lead efforts to enhance user experience and website functionality
Manage inventory and coordinate with the production team to ensure product availability
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners
Work with customer support to handle inquiries related to online orders
Ensure customer satisfaction
Stay updated on industry trends to implement best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
2+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing required
Experience with website analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) required
Proficiency in graphic design tools (i.e. Photoshop, Adobe CS, or Canva) required
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (i.e. Shopify, Go Daddy, or WooCommerce) required
HTML and CSS skills required
