We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction of luxury ground-up custom homes. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in high-end residential construction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels in managing complex projects and client relationships. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Ensure timely completion of all phases of construction. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trust and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Address concerns promptly and exceed client expectations. Team Coordination: Manage and align subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and goal achievement. Budget Oversight: Estimate costs, monitor expenditures, approve invoices, and manage budgets to avoid cost overruns. Proactively address financial issues. Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship through regular site inspections and immediate resolution of issues. Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve conflicts efficiently. Schedule Management: Maintain and adjust project schedules to ensure on-time delivery, adapting to changes as needed. Compliance: Ensure all projects meet local building codes, regulations, and company policies, including obtaining necessary permits. Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols on-site to create a safe working environment for all personnel. Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough project records, including contracts, change orders, reports, and communications. Qualifications Experience: 10 years as a Construction Project Manager, specifically managing luxury custom homes. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred but not required with equivalent experience. Skills: Proficiency in Procore and familiarity with other project management tools. Extensive knowledge of luxury homebuilding practices, materials, and techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in South Florida.
